• If you were previously blocked or blacklisted, please do not interact with me nor my art. If I find out you're a person I blocked before I'll just block you again anyway.• You're not allowed to sell my artworks & do merch over it.• You're not allowed to trace my artworks, make a base out of them, or change the artwork. You can still ask me for permission to change the artwork.• You are not allowed to take credit for the artwork and claim it as yours.• Do not remove my signature from my works.• You are allowed to re-upload my artworks only if you tag (@) me (if I don't have an account on your social media you can tag my X). Also please only reupload complete art, not wips or sketches, I hate my art sm 🙏 (this does not count if you are the owner of the character/s!).• You are allowed to put sounds on my animations if you ask me the permission first.• I don't think this has to be specified but of course do not use my own characters without permission.

1️⃣ General 1️⃣

• By commissioning me, you agree to my Terms of Service — please read them carefully, including before each new commission, as they may change over time. I'm not responsible for issues arising from not reading them.• All prices are listed on my Carrd, please don't ask for discounts. For cheaper options, join my Discord server and keep an eye out for YCHs, free art raffles or discount codes. You may also consider becoming a supporter; Patreon/Ko-fi subscribers get discount codes and free art every month.• Please respect my boundaries throughout the commission process.• You will receive all files of your commission through Discord or Google Drive, including any multiple versions if applicable. Make sure to download and save all files from the shared folder, as I cannot be held responsible for lost files after delivery.• Please take the time to read the notes provided in my price list for the artworks you’re going to get. They contain most answers to your possible questions (ex. delivery time).• By commissioning SFW artworks, you confirm you are at least 15 years old. If you are younger but still want art from me, you can participate to my free art raffles on my Discord server.• By commissioning NSFW artworks, you confirm you are 18+. If it's a gift, you're responsible for ensuring it doesn't reach anyone under 18. I may request age verification if there's any doubt of you being a minor. Refusal to verify will result in the commission being canceled and you being blacklisted and blocked as a potential risk.

2️⃣ Payments 2️⃣

• Payments are accepted in USD only. Accepted methods may change over time; this list will always be updated. You are welcome to suggest alternatives, but here is the current list of what I do and do not accept:

• Please make sure you have the payment ready before commissioning me; payment must be made within 31 days. If you notify me about a delay, I can wait up to 2 months. However, if payment still hasn't been received by then, the commission will be canceled, and you will be listed as a potential scammer.
This doesn't apply if you simply don't like how I drew your character in my style, you're allowed to dislike my art style, not every character suits good with it. Just be honest with me when I send the sketch, rather than waiting until later, which would waste our time.• For commissions over $100, you may split the payment into two parts: half after the sketch is approved, and the other half once shading/animation begins. For example, on a $300 commission, you'd pay $150 after the sketch and $150 before shading starts. Please note that I will not provide the final artwork until full payment is received — failing to pay the second half means you'll only receive the partial work corresponding to what you've paid for.• After payment, significant changes are not allowed. Requested changes must not require additional time beyond what has been paid for (I will not add extra characters, turn a regular drawing into an animation, etc.). I'm very flexible when it comes to simple changes though, check section 4 for more info.• Refunds are not allowed once payment has been made. However, if after payment I realize I cannot fulfill your request (due to limited time, character complexity, etc), you will receive a full refund.• If a chargeback is filed in violation of my refund policy, you will be blacklisted and blocked, and reported for fraud. The commission will be canceled, and you will no longer be permitted to commission me or interact with me in the future.

3️⃣ Rights & Permissions 3️⃣

• You are not allowed to mint the artwork as an NFT or use it to train AI models.• You are not allowed to sell the commissioned artwork or profit from it. It is intended for personal use only, unless you purchase the rights for an additional 100% of the original price.• You're not allowed to trace the commissioned artwork or create a base out of it.• You are not allowed to take credit for the artwork and claim it as yours. You may still claim ownership of the characters if you are the original creator.• My signature must always remain on the artwork. Do not request its removal, and do not remove it yourself.• The commissioned artwork may be featured as a sample in my portfolio, unless you specifically request otherwise.• You are allowed to make minor edits to the commissioned piece, as long as it is not used for hate speech, illegal activities, or other harmful purposes.• Of course, you are welcome to use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, or share it with friends.

4️⃣ Delivery time, updates, WIP 4️⃣

• Commissions are not handled on a “first come, first served” basis. I may work on multiple commissions at the same time and do not prioritize one over another unless time is limited. If your commission is intended as a gift for a specific date, please let me know in advance. Additional charges may apply if the timeframe is very short.• During the commission process, I will provide work-in-progress (WIP) updates. Please request changes at the appropriate stage:Sketch (before payment): Major changes like poses or characters can be requested.
Lineart and colors: Minor adjustments such as color changes or slight modifications to lineart are welcome.
Shadings: Color changes can be made, but no changes to lineart.
Final animation (if applicable): Only modifications related to animation details are accepted. If I'm too kind I may still apply changes to art but it has to be the bare minimum change.* The direction of light and shadows is determined by me as the artist, but you may provide preferences before I start. Changing the direction of light or shadows after they are completed will require extra charges.Please take your time before approving each WIP. Once approved, I will proceed to the next stage.• Be patient and avoid requesting constant feedback or WIPs. Approximate delivery times are listed in my price list, and additional time may be needed if I have other commissions in queue. If you haven’t received an update for up to 7 days, feel free to contact me; I don’t want you to feel ignored or scammed.
